While we're sure we should put something far more official sounding here, we weren't quite sure what, suffice it to say that as soon as we recieve your order (and your cash!) we'll ship your goods using your chosen shipping method as soon as humanly possible.
We only sell quality fancy dress costumes and accessories. If you ever get any stuff from us that you're not chuffed to bits with, then just give us a call (the number's on our fancy Contact Us page) and we'll sort you out (in a good way!)
Oh, and if you ever feel like a chat to discuss anything - fancy dress costumes, party planning, balloons or even the meaning of life (we like a good natter) then please don't be shy, we won't bite, honest (unless, that is, if it's a Sunday and you're unfortunate enough to get through to Emma after she's been out having a Mad Party in which case all bets are off)
